"Friendly reception "

"Staff were very polite and extra helpful. Room was very well stocked with amenities. Maid asked if we needed anything everyday. Very large room. TV, espresso machine, double balconies. Very good experience."

"This is my 2nd time staying here and it's such a great place away from home. The staff is so helpful and accommodating. They go above and beyond. The rooms are great. I like my previous room more than this room(#6) because the ceiling was too low for me. They were going to attempt to change my room however the information was not communicated to the next person, so we just kept it. We were gone most of the day anyway. I highly recommend staying here. I would like to stay at the CDMX and Oaxaca ones as well. They are always booked though. If you get to stay here, do it, it doesn't disappoint."
