Hotels in Historic Downtown Clermont

"Check in was terrible. Stopped into hotel 3 different times. 1:30 PM from airport - check in line was out the door, same for 5:30. Kept busy until 8:30 with my 2 and 4 year old and was told my room was not ready. "

"The room was a little run down but was very clean staff was great we had some issues with flights but kept in contact with the hotel and they let us check in at 8 am instead of waiting until the normal check in time we came for college baseball spring training but this would be a great place to stay for all Of the theme parks as we where with in 5 miles of them over all great experience would stay here again "

"I booked because this location had high reviews on cleanliness. This was not the case for my visit. There was a line of black mold in the tiny shower area. The door separating the toilet from the sink area was water logged and a roach was in the sink area. The bathtub wasn't secured to the floor and rocked/made noises when you move. The door latch was broken and we had to struggle to get it locked. The most infuriating part of the stay: there was LOUD banging in the room next to us throughout the night. I called the front desk and he sent security. Security did nothing, even though the people next door opened and banged the door shut while he was standing there. The next morning we were awakened by the same loud banging! If you want a pleasant, clean stay DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Also, there is an unadvertised $10 per night parking fee."

Its proximity to select restaurants, a pharmacy, and Walmart adds significant convenience for securing necessities. Overall, I consider the property to be an exceptional value."
