"We had a pleasant stay at this nice hotel with friendly staff. My only complaint was that because I went thru a 3rd party (Expedia) I did not get Hilton points! One of the reasons I chose this place was because it was a Hilton property. Good location."

"The manager was mean and not understanding and had horrible customer service. The towels had stains on them. The carpet smelled mildewy. Just definitely did not look like a 4 star hotel."

"The facility is wonderful. It is a bit older (35 years), but is well maintained. The staff is superb in every way. Courteous and efficient. I wish they'd (aling with all casinos) ban smoking or contain the smoking to an enclosed area. "
