"There are many walkable places- like the Archer Theatre, restaurants, PPL center etc. The room and lobby area were very vibrant and clean. When checking in, it was a very rushed process, staff were nice but seemed overwhelmed. This was the same for the valets. Seemed overwhelmed or did not necessary have a process on retrieving vehicles. I will share that the one valet did not answer me but pointed to the check in area when I asked a question related to valeting. I was taken back by that response. The other valets were very nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel, just may need a bit more training. "

"So far this place has been great. They worked with me with a couple issues that I had with checking in and staying in the same room. They allowed me to check in a little earlier than their proper check-in time after my long drive I was very tired and I really appreciate it going to my room earlier than expected. I would definitely come back here again"

"There isn't an elevator in this property. It made for an unpleasant task getting luggage up the flight of stairs. My friend has a hard time with steps. Property needs to state this for guests"
