"Was only in the country one night to see Beyoncé and this stay was perfect! Didn’t spend much time in the room but all of the receptionists were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect from the airport and to catch the train. The rooms were nice and clean. Overall great experience"

We absolutely love it when I was not happy with room given as it was not the one on the pictures when I initially booked staff was happy to correct the confusion and were very helpful. My partner and I were very happy.

Hitchin was brilliant. Le Bella Vita Hotel Restaurant I would not recommend if you are visiting Hitchin. I was charged twice for my room that I stayed in for one night, they are refusing to give me a refund even though I have a 3 year old child.
