"Place is amazing and at a good location. But there was construction going on in the building that didn't let me sleep properly. And check out time was 11am i think that should be 12pm . That would provide one additional hour for rest as everyone here is coming for vacation and if they go to party on weekend they would be returning back later night. "

"夜間チェックインする時、門の前に数台バイクが停められていた。重いスーツケースを持っている人は苦労します。深夜になるとバイクは全て建物の1回に移動します。部屋の照明がかなり暗かったです。切れかかっている電球がありました。スクリーンが部屋に設置されているのですが、使わなかったらリモコンで電源を消してください。部屋に戻る度に起動します。消さないと音がうるさいです。連泊する場合は翌日にホテルの部屋に入ると時カードキーでの認証が拒否され、部屋に入れなかったので焦りました。フロントのスタッフにカードキーを更新してもらって下さい。壁が薄いので隣の部屋のシャワーの音が聞こえます。"

"I had a lovely short 1-night stay at the Grand Hotel du Lac in Hanoi. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The service was excellent throughout — from check-in to check-out. The room was very clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The hotel’s location is also a big plus — conveniently situated and easy to access key spots in the city. "It was wonderful.. they really took care of us.. it was my sisters birthday month and they gave us a beautiful surprise by upgrading us to a bigger room and even decorating it with balloons and cake They didn’t have to do it and we never expected as the actual birthday was more than 2 weeks away"

"We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Hanoi. It was really great and would easily recommend. The location is super convenient as it's located right in the Old Quarter. The room was a bit smaller than anticipated, but was all we needed. Aircon and wifi were appreciated. Breakfast was included and had good buffet and hot alacarte options. The staff were amazing, especially Anna who gave us tons of tips on tours (booked thru her for our halong bay cruise). We also used their airport pick up service which went smoothly. All in all a perfect choice for about $45usd/nt."

"I really enjoyed staying at the Solaria. It is located next to the Old Quarter of Hanoi, which is the area that all visitors go to because it has lots of shopping, restaurants, night market, and things to see. Room was nice and clean. Free breakfast was pretty good with lots of choices. The staff is very professional and courteous. Upon my arrival, they also let me check-in early. Also, on the day that I departed, my flight was late in the evening, so they stored my luggage for me while I spent my last afternoon exploring. (I liked that they stored it in a locked room behind the reception, as it seemed more secure than other hotels that just leave your luggage in a corner of the lobby.)"
