"I Loved my stay at Heartfelt Hideaway. this is such a beautiful Hideaway, the best I've ever stayed in, ever.
The manager, Hoa, is exceptionally wonderful. she is so kind, polite, professional. helpful and she organised amazing tours, and she is always smiling. As are all the locals. The food is home made and delicious, and the property is very clean. You must visit this place, it is amazing. I can't wait to visit again in the future. Thank you Mrs Hoa and thank you Heartfelt hideaway....

"Fabulous location right by the lake and close to restaurants . The manager Phu and his wife were really friendly and will help you if need any advice or booking cabs etc..The room were very quiet and clean. A really good choice for anyone coming to Ninh Binh."

"Our home away from home! Lu & Bang were so incredibly kind and helpful, they quickly felt like family and made sure we were well accommodated. The interconnecting rooms were large and had a kettle and fridge which made things easier when trying to feed our fussy children. As these are rooms only, there was no ammenities to cook or be self sufficient per se, but we made it work just fine using disposable cutlery and eating out most of the time. "Our stay could have been worse and maybe a different room would have been better but we were really unhappy with the room and location. Although situated close to the Hang Mua walk (about a 5 minute walk), the road it’s self left much to be desired. Maybe it didn’t help that we arrived at night, but the street was deserted with no street lamps and only 2 places to eat including an overpriced pizza place.
