Hotel: Super accueillant, parle français. Nous a donné pleins de conseils de visite et a la fin de la journee on a pu prendre une douche alors que lon avait fait le check out le midi. Restaurant : je deconseil, nous y avons mangé un midi puis un soir vraiment pas terrible. Mettez votre argent ailleurs

FANTASTIQUE! accueil chaleureux et en français , Loan est au petit soin pour ses hĂŽtes , prĂȘte des vĂ©los gratuitement et conseillĂ© sur ce que l’on peut faire aux alentours ! Les chambres sont propres et les lits confortables, le petit dĂ©jeuner est europĂ©en avec tout ce qu’il faut , entre les crĂȘpes , gaufres, jus de fruits frais, cafĂ©, pain .... tout Ă©tait parfait ! L'hotel est trÚs bien placé pour visiter la région, nous avons eu pleins de conseils de la part du personnel concernant les lieux à visiter. Il y a des vélos à disposition ce qui est trÚs pratique. Les chambres sont trÚs agréables et trÚs propres, la pisicne permet de se détendre aprÚs les visites, le personnel était trÚs acceuillant et le restautant déflicieux. Notre séjour était parfait je recommande vivement!

Ambiance touristique

Proposent la rĂ©servation du transport depuis Hanoi, ce qui n'est pas nĂ©gligeable. Pour notre part avons optĂ© de la voiture "limousine", environ 11 $ trajet 1 h 30 (hĂŽtel NIKKO Hanoi/chez Loan). Dommage que le site n'aie pas mentionnĂ© la piscine rĂ©cente, nous avons regrettĂ© de ne pas en profiter le soir aprĂšs excursions en vĂ©lo (prĂȘtĂ©s par l'hĂŽtel), car n'avions pas prĂ©vu de tenue adĂ©quate. Belle chambre familiale, bonne cuisine, possibilitĂ© de prendre une douche aprĂšs avoir rendu la chambre, parcours de vĂ©lo sympa dans les environs. Clients uniquement Français, ambiance trĂšs touristique.

Accueil limite. Chambre familiale au dernier étage avec une bonne literie. Eclairage ni agréable, ni fonctionnel. Propreté moyen. Salle de bain basique mais propre. Vélos gratuits, piscines. Déjeuner en supplément mais copieux. Environs agréables pour faire du vélo. Parlent français. A l'accueil, ils font 36 choses à la fois et donc ne s'occupent pas correctement de vous.

Nous avons passez un bon moment chez Loan, dommage pour la mĂ©tĂ©o pluvieuse car nous aurions bien aimĂ© profitez de la jolie piscine. Équipe au petit soin, qui parle français et cela fait d’un bien en milieu de sĂ©jour au Vietnam ! loan m’a MĂȘme trouver une pharmacie pour achĂšter les Ă©quivalents de mĂ©dicament en france que j’avais Besoin. Joli complexe, hĂŽtel propre et petit dĂ©jeuner copieux ! vĂ©los mis Ă  disposition gratuitement‘ ce qui nous a permis de nous rendre Ă  l’embarcadere de Tam cox et au point d’en vue des 450 marches. je conseille fortement.

Déçus

Nous avons été déçus de cet hÎtel, situé à un bon kilomÚtre du centre. L'accueil à été plutÎt froid, le lit est petit et dur (140x190), douche accrochée dans les toilettes minuscules ( environ deux mÚtres carrés ), aucune parroies de protection, donc aprÚs une douche tout est inondé donc impossible d'aller au wc sans patauger et cùbles électriques apparents et scotchés à 1m de la douche. Au restaurant les prix sont élevés. Ne prenez pas de jus d'orange, ils le coupent avec de l'eau. La location de scooter est trÚs cher également (9 dollars à la journée ). Donc nous somme déçus de cet hÎtel et le rapport qualité prix est trÚs moyen.

Do not recommend

The hotel was at the far end of the centre of town where all the restaurant and shops are. There is no elevator, so be ready to lug your suitcase up the stairs. Despite advertising "WIFI in room", the signal in the room was very weak and was not working. There is also a paper with info in the room saying wifi is only available in the lobby. The room was damp, really damp. Our paper itinerary was wet a few hours in, the bedsheets are damp/wet. The bathroom is tiny and the shower sprays towards the whole bathroom, so when using the toilet, your feet will be wet. Not sure why that is considering it was not humid outside when we were there. Overall, I do not recommend staying here as there are many other hotels/guesthouses that are much much nicer along the main strip of town. This is more of a 1star hotel, not a 3 star as advertised.
