Staff is so polite and very helpful. The beds were firm-great for anyone who has a challenged back. Elevator is vintage and really neat but, not made for modern luggage and wheelchairs. Super clean-I always check! Lovely, convenient stay.

Great location for exploring the Union Square area on foot. Convenient to Uber to other locations. Construction happening near the building with scaffolding around. Valet service was quick.

Once you enter the hotel, it’s nice: freshly renovated, nice rooms, nice staff. But man, the surrounding area is absolutely terrible: homeless land, smell of human waste everywhere, human feces at every step on the sidewalk, … not the hotel fault at all, but it’s an area of SF that you want to avoid at all costs. Shame, cause again the hotel itself is really nice

"We enjoyed our. The property is nice, and the staff are friendly, professional, and welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable, and we love the proximity to the walking trail into town. The location is close to 101 for easy access, and yet there is no traffic noise to speak of. We will be back!"
