"Traditional hotel BUT the extra charge of 15 euros for the use of the kitchenette is not clearly indicated on expedia and the owner was not very friendly at first when we told him we were u aware of this….."
"We had a great stay. Wellness, Breakfast, service.... Everything was great and we would come again.
It was probably also one of the cleanest wellness areas I ever saw.

"Very nice hotel, perfect for the family. The kids especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool (either indoor or outdoor) after a day walking in the lovely Alps.
The dinners are typical Austrian (three course, soup, main and dessert) and might not suite everyone (been in Austria a lot myself though and find the arrangements very practical)."

"Fantastic experience, beautiful hotel and surroundings. Exceptional staff and owners that offered friendly, quick, and efficient customer service. Restaurant was absolutely excellent. Hôtel building is high quality, and well maintained. Liked this hotel so much that I reserved for additional nights. Great location, everything you need is nearby; absolutely fantastic in every way."

"The staff is very nice and polite. All of them.
It was a bit challenging to find our room since we had to use several different elevators and directions where not all very clear. You can see some parts are ready for an update. But overall , if these are the only negatives, it was a great stay , with great staff and excellent food ( semi board restaurant). Thank you Arosa for taking good care of us.

"Steid in this property for 6 nights for skiing trip with my teenagers. The property is modern, spotlessly clean and has a very good location. Ski bus stops by the property which makes it very convenient to get to the slops. We stayed in 2 bedrooms apartment which was spacious and convenient. Quite surroundings for people that are looking to relax. Parking is available on primacies and is included in the daily rate. Great spa.
Beds, pillows and blankets need some upgrading in my opinion.
I would definitely consider this property again.
