"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. It featured an all-you-can-eat buffet with a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring there was something for everyone. The quality and presentation were truly outstanding. Additionally, the on-site amenities, including the pool and sauna, provided a luxurious and relaxing experience. Dinner was another standout feature. For just 21 euros per person, the all-you-can-eat buffet offered an unbelievable variety of dishes, all expertly prepared and bursting with flavor.
