"The place opened up a year ago. Easy to get to on the tube from Heathrow Airport on the Picadilly line. My six nights stay was a delight. The studio offers a homey experience. It is a pleasure to read or listen to the music and the common space by the reception which is nicely decorated. and feels like a living room. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming."

"Check in process was very easy! Unit was clean. Location was okay. Unfortunately, my unit was right next to the street and the construction crew started at 7am each morning. You can hear the train as well. "

"Fabulous! Apartment was exactly as pictured.
View of Westminster and London Eye from
balcony was extra special. Plenty of room for family of 5. Close to all transport, shops, restaurants, parks, etc. Grab some waters and essentials from
the Tesco around the corner and you are all
set. Would definitely return!"

"Great place to stay in Central London - spacious and light, comfortable beds and easy to access. Our only issue was that we were there in the May 2026 ‘heatwave’ and it really was hot. A couple of pedestal fans would go a long way to helping with this at night. Luckily we were able to open all the windows and let some cooler air in eventually. Quite a noisy spot with all the 5am rubbish collections but earplugs were provided and we quite enjoyed hearing the city wake up around us."

"Absolutely stunning. And the bathroom is insanely beautiful. Perfect base stay in London and will be using again in the future. Just book it, you won't regret. "

"Great location and simple check-in. The property was very clean and comfortable, with all the bits you'd need to feel at home. The only issue was the kettle that had a terrible leak, and the coffe machine was loud and tricky to operate."

"In the listing it does not clarify there is no elevator to a 5 floor building. Getting there with luggage or no luggage was hard. Ceiling with clear humidity. "

"This is our 3rd visit to this hotel but first time in club room. On 10th floor and good views to the city. Also received voucher for free drink and cake which was a nice touch. Only negative was being charged to store our luggage as train was a bit later and checked out a bit earlier to do some shopping."
"I had a beautiful corner room overlooking the river and the Tower Bridge. Place was 5 star all the way and the breakfast is one of the best meals I had in London."
"Room and bed was clean. Pillows were flat and they would not provide extras. Hotel had no windows and areas where the air conditioning didn’t work were hot and suffocating. We moved rooms to an area that was cooler and air conditioning worked better. Great location. Nice lobby. Helpful staff. But if you have any level of claustrophobia this is not the place for you."
"A perfect location, near St Pancras and access to Eurostar etc. lots of public transport options. Very walkable area, really lovely. Restaurants, parks, museums nearby, including a good spot for breakfast right on the corner. Room was very nice, and enough room to unpack and move around. I'd stay here again. Love the whole area. Staff very pleasant."
"This is a budget priced hotel just steps from Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Rd tube station. Check in was 3pm but my daughter and I arrived round 1pm and for £20 were able to avail of early check in and get into our room. Check in was fast and automated with a staff member on hand who printed our key cards for us. Room was on the small side but perfect for what we needed as we were really only in it to sleep in it. Basic but clean, great dressing table/mirror area, TV, hairdryer and safe. The room had good AC which was great as it was very warm during our visit. Bathroom again was small but clean and perfectly adequate for our needs. Our only niggle was how long to get and to use the lifts, they are very busy and often stop at nearly every floor, we were on floor 10 so if you are pressed for time allow an extra 10 mins to get one and get down to reception. Any staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. All in all for the price this is a great, centrally located, excellent option for a basic budget stay in London, however if you want extras like toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities then other hotels which will cost more are available and may be more suitable for you. We were very happy with our stay and will use STG again."
"Clean. Beds comfortable. Large room. However; very hard to sleep in the non-air conditioned hot box. Window tilted in about 6” without a screen making me nervous a bird or insects would make it in my room. Noise from the street was unbearable due to the open window. Could not close the drapes or you would not get fresh air so the lights from the building across flooded the room all night and the sun streamed in the room in the morning. Had to leave the drapes open during the day so the air could flow but the sun heated up the room. No win situation.
Lobby was large and open but had not one piece of furniture to gather or wait for other members of our party. Weird!
Breakfast on site was typical buffet.
It felt like a youth hostel masquerading as a hotel."
