"Good location. Staff at check in process was kind. No water in pool. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Poor breakfast. Didn’t provide shampoo until asked. Noise(shower, walking, etc.) seemed delivered from upstairs to downstairs without any filters. While we were sleeping the upstairs person did shower. "

"Location was perfect for what we were in town for…Kentucky Dinner train and My Old Ky Home tour. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was hot and fresh. They had a coffee machine that appeared to meet everyone’s expectations. Will definitely stay there again. "

"1.There were no instructions for the remote. The remote was one known to be a problem. Short staffing did not allow someone to deliver the better remote to me. 2. The temperature of the refrigerator was very low. Had to throw out my pre-packed lunch for the next day's travel. 3. The room was very clean and otherwise comfortable."

"Did not get the room we paid for! Booked king bed with adjoining room suite but were not provided one. Staff did not apologize or try to make it right. Said we should have contacted them to make sure we got what we paid for. Will never book again with IHG or Expedia!"
