Room was not throughly clean. Spider webs on the window. Dead bugs on the windowsill. Make up brush under bathroom vanity. Musty smell in the room."

"WiFi was an issue. To get the Free WiFi the room was advertised with on Orbitz, I had to register as a member of the Wyndham Rewards program. Since I declined becoming a member of their rewards program, that meant no free internet. The front desk refused to provide me with a WiFi code and told me that the only way to get "free" WiFi was to register as a member or otherwise pay for it. Since I disagreed with the lady at the front desk, I asked her for her name and then she went off on me. She accused me that I was threatening her with her job and and that she was only an employee , etc. It was only after I walked away from the front desk that she quieted down. A bizarre experience over a free amenity that I was supposed to get with my stay since it was included with the room I reserved."

"I’ve stayed in Florida many times, and unfortunately this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The property was extremely outdated, to the point that the elevator seemed unsafe—it stopped working multiple times, and we genuinely thought we might get stuck. The shower water never got hot, only lukewarm, which was very disappointing. The complimentary continental breakfast was also terrible and not enjoyable at all. On top of that, the customer service at the front desk was very poor, especially from one of the female staff members who was unwelcoming and unfriendly throughout our stay. The only positive aspect of this hotel was its close proximity to the airport. Other than that, I would not recommend staying here."
