We stayed stayed two nights and had an excellent experience. The front desk and concierge staff were helpful. They arranged taxi service, brought our bags to our room, and answered questions about the area. The buffet at the Garden Court resaurant had a variety of offerings and great service. The room was clean and well-appointed. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Kanayama station and shops. We would stay here again.

"Good value for money with an excellent onsen. Rooms are a good size and comfortable. The dinner and breakfast buffet is good value and excellent. Front desk staff speak English. Hotel is near Lake Hamana and is quite far from central Hamamatsu. Not many restaurants or cafes within walking distance. ..."
