"This is a great affordable place to stay in Zurich. The hotel does not have air conditioning (as stated in the website) They provided fans instead. The bathrooms are outside the rooms but they are super clean, They have elevators. There is access to public transportation not too far from the hotel. The staff is super friendly and they speak English. We will definitely stay here again. Our room had 3-beds. It was very spacious and it had a balcony where you could sit and enjoy the view of the plaza and the children playing outside. It was very lovely."

"My stay at CitizenM Zurich was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is modern, stylish, spotless, and in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every single team member I interacted with was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. They always greeted guests with a smile, were happy to answer questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Their positive attitude and attention to detail created such a warm and inviting atmosphere that it felt like being welcomed by friends rather than checking into a hotel. The rooms are smartly designed, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the technology throughout the hotel is intuitive and fun to use. Combined with the exceptional customer service, CitizenM Zurich offers a memorable experience that exceeds expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich. A special thank you to the amazing staff for making my trip so enjoyable. I will definitely be back!"

"This hotel is just a few steps away from the tram line which was great! The staff was gracious and kind. I got there early in the morning and they stored my luggage so that I could go sightseeing without lugging it around. The hotel was very clean - everything from the lobby to the rooms to the laundry area was wonderfully clean. Breakfast was delicious! They had a great selection of options: meats and cheeses, eggs, bread, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and hot and cold drinks. The only thing that I didn't like was that the rooms were small and the shower opened directly into the room which dripped water on the floor due to the way the door was. Overall though, I would stay here again."

"Excellent location. Nicely designed. Rooms are very modern, clean and well set up. Emad and Jemina at the front desk are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel should be 4+ star rating. Would definitely stay there again in the future."

"We got the family room for 4 which was very spacious. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. Excellent location for our needs. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores in Kloten which is a quiet suburb of Zurich a short ride from the Zurich airport. Walking distance to Kloten train station for a 15 minute train ride into Zurich Main Station. Well worth the price for 4 people. The only downside is that the property does not have air conditioning and we were in Zurich during a summer heat wave but there were 3 large fans in the room which made things manageable. I would stay here again if I return to Zurich,"

"Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Requests were met. Hesmon at the front desk was nice, attentive to requests known. Daily clean request were met which was pleasant. Overall, quiet, peaceful experience. Cons: lipstick mark on one of the cup in the room so thorough check will be useful for future note. One of the staff who works at the front desk hung up the phone when he couldn’t understand the request? Didn’t even make the effort to call back, apologize and clarify. Please be aware of the customer requests and make sure the requests are met. Random but few of the guys who were staying in the hotel had hostile vibes, not necessarily saying things out loud but talking in their own language, being immature, inappropriate. I can feel the rude and odd vibes from them. Short but unpleasant experience."

"Modern hotel. Large room. Wifi and AC work great. Tram stop and shopping mall with a large grocery store are both less than a block from the hotel. Restaurants are also within walking distance."
