The room was great. Small as usual but just enough space for family of 5. Location was a bit out of town but still cloae enough. Great super markets across the road and 7/11 around the corner. It is inconvenient with 1 lift only, the staff were friendly. There are no phones to call reception so need to go to reception in person.

Monday Apartments in Hamamatsucho was a perfect choice for our trip to Tokyo. The rooms were spacious and immaculate. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was in a quiet neighborhood close to multiple transportation options. Highly recommend!

"Een beetje een oud hotel, maar met erg vriendelijk personeel. Iedere dag schone handdoeken en een schoon bed. De lift was bijzonder want die ging wel heel snel dicht. Ik was mij jas vergeten en die hebben ze zelfs nog naar een vriend in Japan gestuurd, super service!"
