"The room is very clean just that it's on the smaller side. Staff were very helpful. Location wise, it's really near to Kagoshima chuo station and trams stations which made travelling around really convenient."

"The 3 restaurants we tried were disappointing and pricey for what you got. The service was slow even tho they were not busy. The spa and moisture treatments we got were fantastic. Once we upgraded our room it was good before that they put us in the last room in the farthest bldg away with no windows, not even in the crazy long hallway with super low ceilings. Very claustrophobic!"

"The facility is clean and modern. Staff is friendly and strained attained. Breakfast is limited with western style but lots of Japanese. I am hoping this can be improve. The location is fantastic though parking is a little inconvenient considering it is in the central of the city, it is acceptable."
