"The accommodation was disappointment. Not only did I find that there was an addition £12.50 to pay for parking at the property, which was not specified in the booking. The property is clearly advertised as having doors that open from the lounge to the outside sea front. On arriving at the property I found the doors from the lounge locked and no key available to unlock them. "Airy and cool 🙌 which was much needed in the heat wave. Modern and stylish appearance. Staff were okay, nothing outstanding but as expected for what you pay. Could leave bags with them as wasn’t time to check in which was helpful. Room had good enough space and was clean. Hairdryer, coffee/tea facilities but I’d rather have a fridge in weather like this and no iron. Large shower but the shower tray didn’t drain very well at all and so it was difficult for 2 people to shower one after another and it did smell a little of damp/stale water. Lush pillows. And they provided an extra fan for the room which we were grateful for. Parking good at £10 but get there early."

"Beautiful position at base of Haytor Rocks. Parking easy and plenty of room inside and outside no matter what the weather. Staff great. Would recommend try and book with breakfast included. Likely to be a better deal. It is a shame the hotel has yet to install an electric charging point. There is one at an adjacent tourist facility but out or order. Other than that great!"
