The room needed improvement. The toilet was broken and after requesting it to be fixed, it had not been fixed before we left The room also smelled like gas from the sewer We were surprised by the various levels of amenities that were not included in our stay There was a tier system that we were unaware of and therefore could not use all the amenities in the resort

This is my second stay in this resort. I like it, but not sure I’d return. Custom restaurants are not great anymore, they share food with a main restaurant. Drinks are fine. The biggest issue this time were loud noisy tourists from the US one night and Italian another night. They woke me up with their yelling from the outside at 3 am from the 42/7 open bar. Management and administrators do not do any precautions before I called the reception. Even after that it took about an hour to get asleep. It was a tranquilizing experience back in 2023, but this time 2 of 7 nights of bad sleep :(
