"We stayed for one night as a couple at the Drury Inn and had a really great experience. The beds were extremely comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep after a long day of traveling. The room was clean, well-kept, and felt fresh the moment we walked in.
The staff was super friendly from check-in to check-out and made everything easy and welcoming. You can tell they really care about their guests.
Breakfast was above average compared to most hotels — plenty of options, hot food, and everything was well stocked and organized.
Overall, a solid, comfortable stay and we would definitely choose Drury Inn again when passing through the area."
"Wonderfully charming. A bit dated, but the bed was clean, the clerk (Missy) was helpful and kind, and the price was totally right!! Don’t pass this one up. It’s no Hampton inn, but if you need road trip stop, and want small town feel, this is a good choice.
I would 100% stay here again!"
"Motel is under renovation. Made a reservation through Hotel.com. Confirmation said check in time was 1pm. Got to motel at 1pm. No one was in the office. Signage said to ring bell or call phone number. No one answered and mail box was full and could not leave a message. Came back at 3pm. Was told that they weren’t taking reservations because of renovations. When I showed my reservation confirmation, the man said if I could give him an hour, he would get a room ready. Because that is the only place to stay in Malden, MO, we waited for a room. I’ve stayed at this motel several times through the years. It’s nothing fancy, but has always been clean and had a good staff. Won’t ever go back to it again."
"This property had no amenities as far as breakfast. Our room was very loud Friday. We had attempted to call the front desk, a couple of different times and did not get an answer."
"The town where located has no real breakfast spots and the hotel doesn't offer breakfast during the week and there are no microwaves in rooms. Otherwise stay was what I expected, nothing more, nothing less.
Tipped staff who helped me look for lost key fob.Thank you!!!!!"
"Was not happy at all. Dead bolt on door didn’t work. It was 90 degrees when we got there and the pool wasn’t open. It wasn’t even ready to be opened for the season. There was an electrical outlet without a cover"
