"The room was clean and everything worked as expected for a room that price. The staff was available and answered questions but could do nothing about the closed pool and spa. The only reason I stayed there was for the advertised indoor pool. I think a hotel chain that size could keep the pool open to the public. Other reviews I read also stated the pool was closed. I am not sure this is false advertising because the have a pool even though it is not open to the public. I will not be taken in again. The hot breakfast was good with bacon potatoes and eggs. Also cereals fruits and juices or make your own pancakes or waffles. This is the only reason for that much rating."

"Very disappointed with my stay at Comfort Inn. The room was extremely noisy, and the AC unit was detached from the wall, letting cold air and outside noise come in all night. The staff wasn’t rude, but definitely not welcoming or helpful — at one point we were basically told to stay somewhere else if we didn’t agree with the price. Overall, not a pleasant experience and not what we expected."
