"Where to start?!? Only plus was the desk person was nice. Negatives: still under old management. Pipestone Inn, not OYO. Didn’t look at all like pictures. Had to call desk clerk to find someone for check in. Interior and exterior looked abandoned. Room was unclean. Had to clean the mirror and nightstand. Carpet dirty. Worst of all , no tv!!! Who didn’t pay the cable bill!!?!?! Sad to see this. Pipestone is a nice town and doesn’t need a business like this!!"

"There are a couple small details with maintenance. I mentioned them to the staff. Nothing that affected our comfort, or the quality of our stay. I will say we have stayed in 4 motels in 4 states for a total of 6 nights over the past two weeks. This location was by far the cleanest and best/most comfortable of the 4. Thank you to the staff at Brookings, SD!"
