Very nice staff and place was very clean and updated however the location was a little hard to locate in industrial area it was in but do understand why it is in this location for business purposes.

Bathroom was not so clean (prior resident’s hair on floor behind the door & in the shower). Otherwise stay was ok.

The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work, and they do not have ice machines. The elevator got stuck with people on board.

Newly remodeled, clean and quiet. On the negative, spa has been removed (not mentioned on website) and very expensive for a weekend stay. We would have stayed 2 nights (and spent more overall) if it was somewhat cheaper.
This was a great property for our family. We had a two room suite that was beautifully updated. Staff was so helpful and always had a smile. The breakfast was ok. A few more hot options would be nice. We would definitely stay again.
Nice hotel, newly renovated. Great rooms but a little pricey for the area.

The room was good. The stove light did not work. It was fixed but the fix did not last. We were unaware of the renovations but it did not really affect us.
Property decor is dated. Our toilet seat had many stains. The televisions were inconsistent in being able to deliver a signal. Beds were comfortable. Furniture in room was fine. Shower was adequate.
We picked this hotel for the indoor pool. It would have been nice to know it wasn't working. Our room was musty and made our allergies act up. The hot water in the bathroom sink took forever to get hot. The bed was as hard as a rock. They were doing work on the doors so there were boxes of old locks everywhere.
Overall the property was very pleasant to see. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did find a broken fingernail inside the bedding That was not pleasant.
A very nice Residence Inn. We reserved a studio suite, spacious and well-designed for maximum comfort. Breakfast area had plenty of space and delicious food options. Convenient parking on the property and gracious staff.
Hotel is in poor condition. Card readers don’t work, terribly stained furniture, incredibly disappointing for a Marriott flagship brand.

The staff was exceptionally nice! However, the exterior doors were never locked, and there appeared to be some mold on our shower ceiling. Rooms and hallways could use a facelift.
Also appeared to be a water leak in the hallway, as there were fans blowing 24/7 on the first floor by our room.

It was clean and spacious. Breakfast was just a snack type buffet with plastic cutlery etc (usual for the US). Prior to arrival I had been bumped to another hotel due to issues with the HVAC but re-booked after a phone call and a room became available. Air conditioning was difficult to get right in my two night stay, it seemed to reset to very cold no matter what I set it to.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Grab and go hot/cold breakfast. Suites have full kitchen. Disappointed the hot tub and pool had a broken boiler part and were very cold.

Kitchen lacked basic supplies upon arrival and needed to ask for eating utensils, glasses, and baking sheet.Enjoyed having 2 bedroom suite. This location was not up to other Residence Inn experience. Hopefully the updates/ remodeling processes are completed soon.

I do apologize for your kitchen was not fully stock upon arrival. I have reported the issue to our housekeeping department so this same issue will not occur again.
Room had a bad smell and we found out a section of the carpet by the window was soaked. Because of the memorial weekend they were sold out and couldn't change our accomodation.
