"Shocking that the maid’s baby was rolling around on a dirty carpet while she was attempting to clean rooms..,clearly unsafe practice as well as the room the maid stated was “ok”,there were no pillowcases on the pillows,bathroom floor and mirror was dirty,refrigerator had chocolate syrup smeared ,in freezer.I was given another room which was actually clean,location is great"

"The pool very small and the breakfast was very poor.. but the overall stay was clean an convenient when it comes to location of restaurants and shopping variety."

"The room was spacious but was showing a bit of wear. There was a pretzel on the floor when we got there so I'm not sure how well they cleaned. Some carpet damage and spots in the shower. The service left a lot to be desired. The tv tilted to the side because it was not attached well to the table. I called and front desk said maintenance would fix it but they never came. They said we would have cleaning service on Saturday but the never showed up. Breakfast was decent except the eggs. I would likely not stay here again."

"I booked this stay at the last minute because of a family emergency when I say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time. The staff was awesome. The food was great and freshly cooked. The hotel room was so clean. The amenities was awesome. I was able to get a piece of mind and relax doing my stay. I'll recommend this hotel to all people that visit Columbia and it's looking for a great hotel that's clean safe and great for their family to stay at."
