"Apartment itself was fine, wasn't the cleanest. However, the middle men agents that let this apartment are liars. Your emails via Expedia will go ignored, as will the messages and emails sent directly to dinbnb (despite stating they are a 24hr service!) - the customer service is non existent. The lights in the hallway within the building leading to the apartment did not work, which was extremely unsafe due to how dark it was- this was not fixed during the stay. "Citybox in Damasplass is an average stay. This particular property is a convenient train ride away from downtown Bergen and all its attractions. However it is not walking distance to any of the tourist attractions. Property condition: While public areas are clean and comfortable, the rooms are less appealing. We stayed in family suite with 4 beds and it was definitely cramped. Breakfast downstairs was $20 pp and felt overpriced for the choices offered so we skipped."

"The rooms are very small and with very little light. When inquiring as to why our shower didn’t have a door (and thus water was all over the bathroom making it dangerously slippery) i was told they are renovating and just hadn’t finished our room yet (my thought was they shouldn’t have put us in there then but…). That said the staff is nice, the breakfast very good and location quiet and walkable to most things."
