"Our room was very clean and was kept clean during our stay. Supplies were replenished as needed except for disposable wash cloths. When we asked at the front desk for them clerks looked confused even though they were in little boxes that clearly have "wash cloth" printed on them. We had a balcony but it was on the back side of the building. If we were to return I would ask for a room facing the street. Breakfast was good but expensive! We thought there would be other locations near the hotel to buy it but that was not the case. If you're a breakfast eater look for a package that includes it."

"Great hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was excellent and close to restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. "Staff was friendly and helpful. Responded to our needs very quickly. Was unaware our room had no air conditioning. It really should be noted so there is no disappointment and your rating will be imlroved with this knowledge. Also elevator was not working and walking up to second (with 0 being ground floor) was difficult for older guest (me!) with luggage. This should have been noted prior to check in even if it was temporary. Again best to expose than hide facts of stay."
