"All the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and I really enjoyed the stay, Being able to use the spa facilities until 1pm on check out day was idea and its a very tranquil area. Only minor point is that the jacuzzi is not that warm to relax in - the jets blow cold water."

"I really liked the vibe of Laguna hotel and would stay there again. I feel like the hospitality is from another era. If you don't mind walking a bit, there is a nice park that stretches all the way to the beach without too much walking along streets and so it was nice to have a long weekend with nice strolls instead of running up the uber bill. Walkable for restaurants as well."

"The only I would have changed is call the hotel before I set off as they have parking at the back of the building and this isn’t visible from the entrance. I paid to stay in a car park close by. That said, the reception team, bar team were all amazing and I would return and look forward to it!"

"It was a last minute booking . Good value for the money. Breakfast was excellent freshly cooked. very attentive staff. Had the pizza in the evening beautifully cooked very fresh. Ideal hotel if you want to be close to the town. Has lift so easy for people who struggle with mobility issues."

"This was our second visit to this hotel. We really love the location, the breakfast buffet, and the friendly and helpful staff. Parking is a challenge, we were out all day everyday and when we returned the hotel parking lot was usually completely full. We were only able to park onsite 3 out 7 nights. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the staff were top notch. Everyone but one lady was very kind and welcoming."

"Lovely hotel in a great location. We were staying in Bournemouth for the half marathon and wanted a hotel with parking that was within walking distance of the finish line. The hotel was about a 8-10 minute walk from where the event buses pick you up and felt safe enough. The parking was very convenient but is £15 per 24hr period so please bare this in mind that it isn’t included in the room cost. The room itself was a good size with a huge bathroom with shower over the bath, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. The room was a little cold but did eventually warm up once we changed the thermostat. We had plenty of room to set up our daughter’s travel cot and everything was clean and tidy however one of our bedside lamps didn’t work. The staff were all really friendly and really good with my toddler. The bar had a nice selection of drinks as well as a few board games that you could take up to your room. The car park was bigger than I had expected and we had no problem securing a space although I imagine it gets busy in the summer. The only downside was we thought that the breakfast was disappointing as there wasn’t a huge selection available but we admittedly only had a continental breakfast due to time constraints so the cooked breakfast may have been lovely. Overall we enjoyed our stay and thought the staff were very helpful and welcoming. We would happily stay here again."
