"We booked a King room but did not get that. Only Queens were available. My daughter's room was also supposed to be a King and she had 2 Fulls instead. Toilet was loose, drain on both the bathtub and sink didn't drain properly. Bathtub drain was broke off too. Remote for the tv was not the right one and didn't work. No mini fridge in any rooms. Pool was out of order for maintenance. The only chair in the room was a cheap office chair without arms. Breakfast was ok but I would never pay $15 for it if I wasn't staying there. However, AC worked fantastic."

"The pool had just got filled up and it was extremely cold and we could not swim in it.. the hot tub was non-working... The room's floor was kind of sticky.. our window was missing the screen.. there was weird sketchy people wandering around the building and inside the building all night... Somebody knocked on our door at 2:00 a.m.... would not recommend and will not stay here again"

"Booked it because they advertised a pool and hot tub. Both were inoperative and I later found out they had been closed for about a month. That’s just unsatisfactory and cheap on their part! Also, if they’re going to advertise a pool and hot tub, then when those amenities are broken they should have the good customer service sense to take them off the internet so customers can pick a hotel that has what they want. Also our bathroom had dirty walls. At breakfast I watched an elderly customer struggling with getting coffee and the guy behind the desk kept telling him how to do it instead of coming out to help, so I went over and helped him. The guy behind the counter just appeared totally indignant that the poor guy couldn’t understand him."
