"The room had a combination bath where the shower area is open to the rest of the bathroom. When you shower the water goes all over the bathroom floor around toilet and where you stand to use the sink. What a mess."
"I recently booked several rooms for my team here, and the experience was flawless. Armando is a true professional—he made the booking process incredibly smooth and is clearly a star. What impressed me most was seeing his positive interactions with his staff; it’s rare to see such great leadership in action.
The rooms are beyond sparkling clean, the beds are very comfortable, and it truly feels like a home away from home. For traveling workers, this place is perfect: the free breakfast and 24/7 coffee keep us going. If you need a reliable, high-quality stay in Brawley, this is it!"
"The room looked as if it used to be modern, needs a refurb. The breakfast was ok, but it depends what you are comparing it to. Other hotels with a buffet breakfast, it was very good. Compared with what I expect from a breakfast it was bearable. No hot tub it had been out of commission for at least a month. The pool was basic. The cleaner staff were very good.
But too be described by Hotels.com as "Wonderful" is stretch of the imagination, it was basic."
