"My family and I stayed here for a night during HOF weekend and thought it was great. The location was perfect, check-in went very smoothly and the front desk worker offered valuable advice.
We were also able to access the Lakehouse area, which was beautiful. My son and I played catch next to the lake in a spacious grassy area and the atmosphere added to the experience.
As for the room, it was cozy, but clean and all three beds had firm mattresses, and we were pleasantly surprised to find they had a television for my son when we made it back with all of the subscription channels available if you were a member of them.
All in all, this place deserves better reviews than the ones I read prior to coming here and I hope this review helps future guests choose this as the place for them to stay."
"The staff were excellent kind and very helpful. the room was immaculate and spacious. would gladly go back there and will recommend to friends and family it is so convenient and they serve continental breakfast. "
"Charming historic house, carefully renovated. Owners are friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bed.
Be sure to reserve ahead to dine at nearby Rose and Kettle. It’s quite good, and is the only nearby restaurant.
Also note Inn is not handicap accessible. Not a problem for us, but others will want to be aware. "
"I have no complaints, it was very clean and above my expectations, staff was friendly very friendly and also very helpful.
They told me the heat in the room I was given possibly didn’t work and had provided a heater which actually wasn’t needed since heat was indeed working.
Overall my only complaint is there a few spots that I don’t think are cleaned often such as windowsills.
Bed sheets towels and everything else was very clean.
Overall I have no complaints and I think they are doing a fantastic job with up keep.
The pizza nearby is also pretty tasty."
