"our room was nice enough, we paid for an upgraded room with a separate living room. It was nice and spacious as was the bathroom. The problem is mainly for dinner service they don't have enough staff. All we tried to do was get a pizza and it took an inordinate amount of time and we were really tired ..."

"Das Schloss, der Park, der Pferdebereich tolles Ambiente. Service…naja. Informationen 0 Die Chalets auf den ersten Blick ok. Dann aber der 2te Blick…. Sauberkeit, Polster Mief, 5Sterne hier bezieht der Gast noch selber seine Betten ( kostet ja auch nur 20€ extra dafür das man es selber macht wohlgemerkt ..."
