There was a fire in the laundry room and the alarm got us up early and more than once. We weren’t given any information and when we asked a worker he was very short with us. Our angel Gabriel at the front desk immediately resolved our issue and put us in a wonderful room. He went out of his way to help us and even let me check the room before going elsewhere.
