"We spent five nights at L’Alya Ninh Van Bay as a family of four, and it was an incredible experience. The setting and privacy define this place. The resort sits in a quiet bay framed by mountains and open water, with so few villas that you rarely feel other guests around. That sense of space and calm is what makes it feel truly luxurious. On arrival, my wife actually started crying because she was so moved by how beautiful it was. The villas and grounds are immaculately maintained. Everything worked, nothing felt overlooked, and housekeeping serviced the room twice daily. Service was warm, attentive, and responsive. Our butler, An, was outstanding and made the stay seamless. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and well executed. A mix of Western and Vietnamese options, good fruit, strong coffee, and made-to-order items. It set the tone for the day. Food overall was very strong. The grouper grilled in banana leaf was a highlight (order in advance—they source it fresh for you). We also appreciated the personal engagement from the restaurant management team. A private sunset cruise on the catamaran—with canapés, bubbly, and a waterslide for the kids—was unforgettable. A true luxury experience defined by setting, privacy, and thoughtful execution. We’re very glad we chose to come here."

"Close to beach great view and easy to cross the road at the lights that are close by"

"Loved the hotel next the beach in walking distance and lots of food choices and walking areas which is to go after a meal I love the area it’s very beautiful on the beach and ocean only bad part it’s saturated with Russian people which can be very annoying because they stare at you and talk and very disrespectful so it’s either you ignore them as much as possible and enjoy your vacation but love the hotel and the staff thank you for everything we appreciate it very much "

"It’s definitely more like a 3.5 star hotel. Very nice location, Room is clean. We got a villa which has its own pool, but there few large cockroaches swimming in it as well as a few dead ones in our bathroom when we checked in. The gym is 5 star besides a few broken machines, and the food drinks were pricey, as is the entire island shops. Beach was a bit rough sand. I was expecting soft white sand. Massage staff was excellent. Just wish other staff knew the location of activities."

"We have the best stay in Amiana Resort. The room was spacious and clean. Food was excellent with different varieties and options. Enjoy the buffet and entertainment they offer. The beach and pool are beautiful. Shoutout to all the staff for their professionals services, always have the smiles on their faces, make sure you have everything you need. "Beautiful property, helpful staffs but it was not for us. The on going construction limits where you can go. We stayed in one of the coastal suites. The room was spacious with decent view from the balcony. The large window in the living room looks directed at the wall of another villa. Front of villas are nicely landscape but the villas are very close to each other so it feels like I was staying in some upscale manicure neighborhood and not at a resort. Breakfast was okay on first day, and we felt like bánh mì was not fresh. Breakfast was better on our second day. We prepaid for half board option and tried one dinner. It was very good. We cut our stay short because we felt too confined. "
