"The hotel is located just downhill from the main tourist business strip. The rooms are nice, big and clean. Restaurant was pretty good though they’d only seat us at the bar even though there were empty tables through our whole meal. The main courtyard is pretty with very nice views. Walls in the rooms are thin though so you’ll hear your neighbors. There were kids running around in the room above us and sounded like they would come through the ceiling. Also a lot of kids playing in the courtyard so they slammed into my chair and hit me with a cornhole beanbag. Probably a better choice for families but if you’re an adults-only group or couple looking for a relaxing getaway maybe look elsewhere. It seemed overpriced for what it was."

"Great to have the kitchen area so we could have some of our meals there. Loved having the porch so we could sit outside. "

"So there were a few positives and a few negatives to this property. The location was outstanding, there was no staff on site, didn’t really need them but they aren’t there. The parking was great we literally parked right in front of our room so that was convent and we could walk to everything. Parking is a big deal in Sedona. The beds were comfortable. The negatives the pictures boasted an out motel turned to a boutique motel; not really. They put up some new decor and beds but the rooms were very small. They had two beds in our room and you could barely get thru the room. The paint was peeling in the bathroom and no vent fan so the bathroom got very hot after showers. Biggest complaint no Kerig seriously it’s a small hotel upgrade the coffee machine. They had a hot pot and instant coffee. YUCK. "

"Beautiful views but make sure you request a room on the second or third floor. The rooms were a bit noisy between staff rolling their carts back and forth and ppl walking by with crying babies or talking on the phone. Rooms are not very soundproof. For the price, we were a bit disappointed. Live entertainment was wonderful!"
