The idea is good, and the proprietor is sincere and hard working - however, the physical property is beat. My dining room chair literally broke away under me; the driveway is crazily broken up, and the place has not been painted in far too many years, It does not show well at all.

An old house transformed into a bed-and-breakfast. The property requires a lot of upkeep and updating, but is overall quite comfortable and extremely convenient. I have stayed there often and will continue to stay there. Would really hope that the owners put some serious love into the property.

Very comfortable. Have stayed there many times beautiful old house that requires a lot of TLC that maybe it’s not getting. Do plan on staying there again.

Beautiful old home that unfortunately is showing its age and really requires more love and upkeep to make it something really special. Beds are very comfortable and I have stayed several times and will be staying again

Bed and breakfast.

It was a 100 year old Victorian house. The rooms were small but very comfortable and clean. It had everything you would need, refrigerator, tv, Wi-Fi, hair dryer. There were many choices for breakfast. It was within walking distance of Wayne Memorial hospital where my husband was for surgery. My host was very sweet and very helpful when I had to change my reservation.

Weekend getaway

Friendly host. Comfortable bed. Room needs updating. Toilet in room was not working. Spoke to host about it and left all day and was Not fixed apon return. Had to speak to host again and finally got fixed. Place was pet friendly.

The place has a lot of character and was very reasonable comparing to other B&Bs in that area. We personally loved it and appreciated how much care went into it. If you want an upscale BB you will be disappointed but if you are someone who loves old charm and the allure of imperfections you will love it.
