Great location and convenient to everything !
Hotel lobby is very clean and updated. They follow the city’s COVID protocols. Rooms could use a refresh as carpet and furnitures are a bit dated. Heating and air conditioning all worked properly. Shower have good pressure and clean. I picked this hotel for its location and proximity to all public transit. It’s a 5 minutes walk to food, public transit. There’s a wash and fold laundry 3 minutes away. Times Square and Sogo is less than 10 minutes away. Excellent location.

good with a bit of noise
Overal, the hotel is good with the price i have paid. I would expect it to have a better sound proof as I was awakened by the noise of the water pipe of the adjacent room every morning. The bathroom is a bit small but the room is clean.

Didn’t expect much for the price. Good deal overall. However the staff is very rude and I’m not sure if they changed the bedsheet as I found some hair in the bed and it didn’t smell fresh. Couldn’t find the WiFi password anywhere and the tv is not connected to WiFi so you won’t be able to use Netflix or screen mirroring function even the tv supports those.

the pictures online do not match
We booked a deluxe room but they gave me a standard room. We had talked to the front desk but the staff said that was a deluxe room. But the so called Deluxe room looks exactly the same as a standard room shown on the website!!! The room is a bit smelly and humid. And the water leaked out when we were showering.

Good location, friendly staff, spacious rooms. Rooms could do with a bit of an update, but nothing major, I’d also prefer a smaller pillow myself (but I recognize that’s a personal preference). Whilst no dining in the hotel, there are plenty of options around. Would definitely stay here again.

The picture and the actual condition of the room is exactly NOT what you have seen on the internet. The shower is strong but the door has a huge gap, water ended up leaking everywhere. You are basically stepping on puddle of water after you have taken a shower. Bed sheet has stains on them, the blanket is very thin. The room is very old. Nothing close to the pictures.

Awesome floor to ceiling windows!
The location of the hotel was great as it's just a short walk to both Wan Chai and Causeway Bay and our request for a higher floor room was also granted. The room had floor to ceiling windows all-around and felt really open and had a nice view of the surroundings, which we really enjoyed. They also lent us a wifi dongle and defuser for free. Only minor complaint we had was the layout of the bathroom as it had doors on both ends and felt really cramp due to limited vanity space. Other than that, everything was great, especially for the price. Highly recommended for short stays!

The staff at this hotel were spectacular! So helpful with all our questions and gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants. The room was small but perfect for our needs. Would recommend this hotel 100%. Close to everything.

Wonderful caring front desk service
The front desk staffs are excellent in service, they made us feel home away home, especially Ms Yuen, I talked with her over the phone regarding the disability room, she showed me the rooms when I checked in to make sure the room was suitable and comfortable for the elderly, her caring attitude is very appreciated.

It's a very convenient location with lots of restaurants and 7-11 around the neighborhood. There are many bus stops on Hennessy Road and it's about 5mins walk to the CWB Time Square Station. The superior room is spacious considering for the space in HK.
