Staff and valet were polite and awesome.Free tea, coffee, latte, espresso, and you make it all on your own. They had a laundry room free of charge with detergent, etc, available! Close walks to many venues and restaurants. Free water and ice. Had vending machines downstairs for late night munchies.

Location was convenient but the building comprises of 2 hotels, shops & offices. Not exclusive for the hotel guests. Nevertheless staff was friendly & rooms were large & clean. Enjoyed their free hi tea every day.

The spa charges are comparatively expensive, about RMB$1,600 for 90 minutes oil massage. Better avoid booking this hotel during trade show time, spring and autumn. Traffic is terribly slow. Maybe double the time it should take.
