Hike 0.4 miles (0.6 kilometres) up the paved forest trails and boardwalks and see native orchids and vivid green ferns.
Marvel at the tumbling waters of the Kahuna Falls. Continue along the trail to find the magnificent Akaka Falls, a 443-foot (135-metre) waterfall, which cascades into a deep gorge.
