It was convenient to hikes and local restaurants. You need a car, to get to any spots (hiking, restaurants, coffee shops, bars), but they were within a short drive.

Located in a scenic location overlooking the Columbia River (can't see River from most rooms), but beautiful walks. Next to Columbia Gorge Hotel where you can walk to and have a delicious dinner. Property is well maintained and nicer and a better value than chain hotels in the areas.

We upgraded our stay to a suite and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were huge and nicely furnished. The view was breathtaking! We enjoyed a soak in a large tub, and relaxed by the fireplace in the evening. A wonderful way to spend our anniversary!

Beautifully situated on a cliff by Columbia River, strolling with my dog in the nearby garden was a pleasant experience. Location is convenient and room is clean. My dog received a welcome gift which made him very happy. 😊

We were greeted warmly when we arrived. After our adventures on the first day, we came back to a beautifully made bed, fresh towels and clean dishes. Other than our personal items, it looked like it did when we arrived the day before. That was a perk we hadn't planned on, but we loved it! The decor was lovely and the views of the river were gorgeous. We would stay here again!

Really pretty property and a great base for a weekend in Hood River. It’s one exit from downtown, which felt like the perfect balance of convenience and quiet. The views of the river from the cliffs were gorgeous and the grounds were beautiful. The WiFi signal was very weak from our room, and disconnected often. One night all of the courtyard parking spots were taken and we had to park on the other side of the building. Otherwise a very nice stay.

The parking arrangement was excellent since you can get your car close to the room that you will be occupied. The receptionist for check-in was very helpful and well informed. They walked with you to your room to show you where you would be staying. The room furnishings were beautiful, new, and very utilitarian. The kitchenette was well stocked. The grounds were impeccable.
