"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me.
I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"

"Great location and really good sized apartment for a couple. Had everything you'd need. Bedroom was a little tight but no real complaints, just a bit snug getting it in!
Staff were super helpful before, during and after check-in and were able to answer any questions we had. They even helped us sort out where to keep our luggage safe after we checked out at a sister hotel. Located in a great place just outside the centre, but within minutes you were there. Perfect for us. Will definitely use...

"This is a nice place, the area was pretty and the cabin was nicely furnished but be aware that no soap, shampoo or dish soap is provided, the toilet room is also very small( like airplane or smaller) Also there is a $95 fee for bed linens as well as a cleaning fee and a deposit on top of what you already paid. 8/10 Good
The hotel is a very nice place to stay. The rooms are clean and modern.
The only minis is that we did make a booking in June 2011 for Feb 2012 and we did pay already. Arriving at the hotel there was now booking. Luckily there where more then enough rooms. The lady at the reception was very help full to give as a room just on our word.
Overall we had a good time at the hotel for the 3 nights.
