Enjoyable stay. Would stay again. Only recommendation better directions to parking; instead just handing out map. Night hotel staff not particularly helpful. Gave the impression I was bothering them. Food in dining room excellent. Staff in dining room helpful.

Was a really nice hotel in Horn, everything was perfect and breakfast was brilliant. Only issue no USB's for charging tablet or mobile on plugs

Amazing place. It was a church and now is a cozy hotel with restaurant at the basement. The rooms have 2 wide windows, one faced to the walking path and one to the ancient windows of the church. Really quite at night

Third time to stay. Rooms are spacious, no problem opening suitcases. The room this time had only a shower without a bathtub, but it was cleaned and beautiful. However, I was surprised that sometimes there was no hot water no matter how many minutes I waited. I was also disappointed that the breakfast had fewer items than before. However, I slept well in the large bed and it was comfortable.

This property is in the middle of the town, and is absolutely gorgeous. From the moment you walk through the doors, you feel transported to a different time. The hotel lobby is open and bright with a stunning bar being the centre piece. We stayed on the second floor, the room were comfortable and well designed. Would definitely recommend a visit to Heavens Hotel, if not for a stay, definitely for a lunch on their outside patio.

Very nice people and good service, room was on 3 floors, bathroom on top, a bit of annoying. Great garden accessable from the room, breakfast good. Neighborhood is not too nice, a lot of homeless or drunks around.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The interior is beautiful as all the rooms are subtlety different in decor. Because this is a converted church, there are no outside windows, which might bother some people. However, I found the beds very comfortable, the aircon very responsive and due to the quietness I had a great night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet was very good and the waffles with strawberries were a family favourite. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is central and because of the size of the church, very easy to find your way back to!

Nice special place, no outside window, but very big inside window into the beautiful church. We missed floor heating in the bathroom (very cold floor) or a towel to put on the floor, as well for the water from the shower as from te coldness. A place to put your own stuff in the shower would be nice. We had a great experience and love the city of Hoorn.

Great little town hotel, just a little far.

The hotel and town is absolutely stunning. Little awkward with the giant glass as a wall but just close the blinds and it’s no big deal. There is a train that stops in Hoorn, but doesnt run 24hrs. Almost got stuck in town but luckily my server at a restaurant informed me. I’d be back with a little extra planning to make the trek to and from the city.

Almost had a bad experience, but turned out well

On arrival, we were given a room that had a stench of sewage and giving me a headache. Complained and was offered a different room. Everything was fine afterwards and enjoyed our stay.

Very cool but ended with loud party

Cool concept, nicely delivered. Clean comfortable rooms great breakfast. However please note that the restaurant downstairs is separate ownerships. On the Wednesday I was there, a wedding reception took place in the restaurant and the music was very loud until after midnight. I repeatedly called to the front desk and they were awesome (even though I called every 10 minutes). Apparently the DJ did not want to turn down the music and the staff were somewhat powerless. The staff informed me that many of the guests complained that night. I was able to get 1 night refunded. Don’t stay here unless you ask for the agenda of the restaurant! I checked out on a Thursday morning and there was another party scheduled for Friday.
