"Prompt communication and effortless check-in (and checkout) process with the provided door pin. The garden view room was generously spacious. Surprisingly, it also had limited but beautiful mountain view as well. Everything in the room was well organized and set up prior to check-in. While it seemed as a renovated apartment, the renovation was done perfectly. The kitchen was also good enough for light cooking with provided dishes and cutlery. "The one-bedroom apartment exceeded our expections. A very well-managed and maintained property by the owner who was helpful and attentive. An easy walking distance to Schwarszee lake. To town center of Kitzbuhel, it was a pleasant 20min walk or 5 mins by car. Will not hesitate to stay if we come again. Thank you!"
