"The staff was outstanding! All staff memebers were very friendly and kind. The only two things I didn't like about the hotel was (1) There were no slippers of even a complimentary bottle of still water in the room, and (2) the carpet in the hallway and stairway looked like it hadn't been shampoo-cleaned in years. Other than that, my visit was nice thanks to the friendly staff."
