"All of the staff were great, the location is lovely and the room was acceptable. Unfortunately the rooms are showing the age of the building. There appeared to be EV trickle charging in the paid parking that the hotel was ok with people using which is a great initiative. Ideas for improvement are making it easier to book a discounted hot springs visit; because I wanted to make sure I got a spot I booked in advance and so missed out on the discount by being a hotel guest, I also paid for a towel that is meant to be free for hotel guests; no offer to remedy either of these was made."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was lovely and presented well, in a quiet location with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed in Family Cabin 15 and had a couple of minor issues. The door lock was quite difficult to open, and some of the sheets folded on the bunk beds were unfortunately dirty. Thankfully, we only needed to use one of the beds, so it wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, a lovely place to stay and we would happily return."

Apartment looked like it was newly renovated, bed was comfortable and kitchen suppled with all the gadgets you would need. High speed NBN supplied and apartment even though it faced the road had no noice. Two EV charged were available on site. Would recommend if u want a nice comfortable place to stay."
