Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fair Oaks Farms
10/10 Excellent
"What a surprise when we pulled up to see a working dairy. It was fun to walk around the property and see everything. Wish we could have stayed longer."
"We were scared when we first saw the exterior of the property. It is in terrible condition. But we decided to go inside. Let's just say it was definitely one of those "don't judge a book by its cover" experiences. So nice! And the staff was so helpful and welcoming!!! Great, clean room and breakfast was made to order (eggs over easy...sausage...and potatoes). So glad we stayed! Thanks!!!"
"The recent renovations of this hotel is like putting lipstick on a pig. Unsafe neighborhood with gambling houses nearby and INSIDE the hotel by the front desk. Lots of undesirable people staying and living in the hotel, rusted out rails and stairs. The rooms themselves are alright, but the overall impression of the hotel has you counting down the hours until you can check out."
"We got two rooms, one of which was supposed to be handicap accessible, but it was no different than the other room. We were told they couldn't make changes because they were booked. When I went to the Walmart next door at 9:45 pm, there were 15 cars total in the mostly empty lot. For some reason, we keep staying here though the pool has been closed for years. It's supposed to be open this summer. Breakfast isn't included although similar price hotels often do. The staff was friendly and helpful on a positive note. Clean, decent hotel but not what we expected for a Wyndham Garden."
