"The lockers in spa were broken, the toilet flush in the spa didn't work and the toilet was full of poo. It was not possible to use the soap and schampo pumps in the shower."

"The good: best breakfast at any stay ever, real Canadian maple syrup, real quality bacon, super high quality food. The view and surroundings were amazing. "really pleasant stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff genuinely friendly, and the breakfast buffet was excellent — freshly baked bread every morning was a lovely touch. Everything you need, nothing to complain about. Would happily stay again!"
