"Hotel was updated clean and new staff was very nice and suggested things to do in Beaver Dam area My only problem was that the pool area was so strong of chlorine smell that I couldn’t participate in swimming with my grandson because it affected my breathing , with that being said I feel that an exhaust system should be installed to make the pool area safer ! We come to beaver dam to visit our grandson and I might have to rethink staying at Comfort inn because I enjoy swimming with my grandson and because of this issue I can’t . Disappointed because I really liked the hotel . Sincerely, Tamara "

"Clean room, staff was not the best. There was no pool or hot tub, just a tub in my room. "

"The person checking us in was wonderful and helpful. The hotel on the other hand is due for some renovation. The room was beat up and the toilet had a ring in it like it hadn’t been used in quite some time. It was very cold in the room we turned up the heat and couldn’t tell if it was doing anything. Went to the front desk was informed there were space heaters that needed to be turned on. She also attempted to clean the toilet but it needed more attention than she could give. Don’t believe the website I believe it’s from the previous owners the bar is closed on the property. All in all it was okay but a far cry from years gone by. "

"Clean facility and room. Friendly staff. Dog stayed comfortably. There is no bar though. It’s prominently displayed in their Hotels.com ad, but I actually found the room and it’s being used as storage."

"Very bad experience! Hotel was not very clean looking. Carpet on hallway was wet & stinky. Breakfast tasted funny. No shampoo in room. Ice machine out of order. Could not get ice or watter. Pool was out of order. Old coffee was left in coffee machine. Internet service was very poor. Kept loseing signal. Jill the front lady was the only thing good about this hotel. She was very nice. Never Again!"

"Room was totally refurbished and brand new. Hotel is being done too. Construction noise was not an issue. Breakfast was okay. For the money we paid I’d come back"
