"The room was clean and accessible. The tub was a very high step over the edge and you need to point the water in one direction to not spray it across the room. The hand soap was nice but wants to drip on the floor. The hotel requires dragging suitcases up a few stairs to the lobby unless you know you can stay on the outside all the way around to the opposite end of the parking. Breakfast was great but it was assumed we knew what we were supposed to do."

The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious with an excellent selection. "The room was very clean and had a good amount of space. One of the main reasons I chose here was because one of the amenities listed is that they have “Laundry Service”. I requested an iron to iron my clothes because I was just going to do it myself and was told no. The next morning I went back and asked if they had laundry service…again, no. People traveling for work look for these amenities and expect that they will be able to look presentable after having their clothing packed for days on end. So this was a major inconvenience. However, the property itself was very nice. I personally wouldn’t stay here again for that reason but that may not be important to others"
