I was visiting a college student at Alfred State College, it was a excellent place to stay so close to the college, stores, restaurants, movies. The staff were very friendly, enjoyed the heated pool, great breakfast service. It’s a great place to stay for family visiting their kids attending college.

Free parking is a must. My room was very clean. I love the location by the plaza, wegmans, Walmart, McDonald's, Applebys, etc. I felt secure at night.

It was clean and fairly new. Fine. Not exceptionally comfortable beds and the pillows leave little to be desired. Otherwise the bathroom was clean and good. Since there are few options in Hornell, this is the best option for a hotel by far.

Room was very clean. The bathroom was great. It is a very newly built hotel so our room didn't have a tub. It had a nice roomy shower that was a taller height. Hotel allows dogs which is nice. Close to Alfred State. Breakfast was very good with lots of options.
